About Steve

Steve’s fascination with the natural world started at a very early age, soon to be followed by his passion for photography, after receiving his first camera at the age of eight. His work focuses primarily on animals and landscapes, both in still and moving image.

He went on to hone his skills at Central Saint Martins UAL and advertising agencies, before deciding to set up his own studio. Since then, he has had the privilege to work with numerous world renowned advertising agencies and clients, on campaigns for international brands, such as Andrex, Pedigree, Mars, Whiskas, Purina, Hills, Lexus, Land Rover and Lloyds.

His personal work has taken him all over the world Steve's major projects focusing on Chile, Galapagos, Madagascar and Safari, explore our world's increasingly fragile environments and the wildlife that inhabit them.

Closer to home, his photography has even featured in a special issue of Royal Mail stamps, celebrating his cat and dog portraiture. His work Staffies was created to support Battersea Dogs & Cats Home, and the stellar work they do.

Steve’s work has garnered critical acclaim, being exhibited in galleries and private collections worldwide and selected for awards from AOP, The Royal Photographic Society, Arles Photographic Festival and Aesthetica Magazine.
